"Are face masks required to enter the store?"

Yes, masks are required to be worn at all times while in the store. Please refer to our policies page where we cover information on our COVID-19 response.

"I'm a military veteran, can I receive the 15% off discount online?" 

Unfortunately, we currently only offer a discount for active and military veterans in-store only. We thank you for your service and invite you to stop by our physical location located at 733 Rue St. Francois St. Florissant, MO 63031.

"I'm a local first responder, can I receive the 15% discount too?

At Just Heroes we support all of our local first responders, however, we currently only offer an in-store discount to military service members.

"Are you open on holidays?"

We are open on all major holidays except for Christmas Day. Our store hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm, and closed on Mondays. We are available 24/7 online at www.justheroescc.com.

No, we accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards such as: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
